The company ORITEST was established  in 1992. Along with its subsidiary ORIMPEX, it offers products and services mainly in the areas of:

• detection of industrial toxic substances and chemical warfare agents (CWA),
• decontamination of chemical contaminants, especially CWA,
• export of all products of the group, including products governed by the Act on Foreign Trade in Military Material,
• organisation of CBRN trainings tailored to the customer.

The production is based primarily on our own know-how, the creator of which is our own team of research and development staff. The company's research team is the author of more than 80 patents (which are mostly used in production) and more than 150 scientific publications. The successes of the transformation of know-how, originally focused mainly on the military, for wide use in the civilian sector, especially in environmental protection, are very significant.

At this year's IDET trade fair, ORITEST will present a fundamental innovation – a newly developed highly sensitive chemical detection device based on IMS technology. It is a groundbreaking product, as it is the first electronic device in the company's portfolio. In addition to this novelty, visitors will be able to meet all known products, which are simple detectors of chemical warfare agents and industrial toxic substances in the form of tubes, papers or strips.
