Dear Exhibitors,

On 14th January 2015 we launched exhibitor registration for the May MINERALS BRNO exhibition, which will take place at the weekend of 23rd – 24th May 2015.

In response to your frequent comments and requirements for larger exhibition tables we have prepared a brand new type of display tables for the May Minerals exhibition, which offers a larger size of 140 x 100 cm. We believe that you find this new type of display table interesting and offering a more convenient selling space.  The existing types of tables are still on offer.

Why to order the new display table (140 x 100 cm)

• Large display size (almost 1.5 m²)
• Best price (converted to  m² of the table size)
• Large display space without gaps

The greatest advantage when ordering this table type is its bargain price totalling CZK 1,000 – converted to 1 m² of display space.

What can you look for at the spring Minerals Brno exhibition

• Gallery of Hall B will again host Grand Prix Vinex – public competition wine tasting
• Om Saturday,  23rd May, after the end of the exhibition, there will be a gathering of exhibitors, and refreshments 
• New type of display table (see above)

Important notice

The exhibitors shall keep within the ordered display space and may not expand the space by, for example, their own boards beyond the space that has been ordered and paid. Shall this rule be violated, the expanded space shall be subject to the payment of additional charge of CZK 1,500 per 1 m² and such a charge shall be paid on the spot.
