• The main topic of the project is intelligent digitalization and second transformation of the Czech economy

• The goal of Digital Factory 2.0 is to highlight technologies that enable transformation not only of the industrial environment, but also of the whole economy

• We are making effort to formulate a vision of changes to the Czech economy so that it may succeed in the 21st century in the changing geopolitical context

Digital Factory 2.0 is focusing on:

• deep digital transformation of manufacturing companies, where the differential factor is an increase in the effectiveness of application of artificial intelligence into key processes
• the state of the Czech economy in terms of readiness and application of artificial intelligence into production processes 
• demonstration of prototypes of smart autonomous machines and their connection to the corporate environment 
• use of blockchain in industry

These approaches should ensure a 25-30 % increase in business efficiency.

Display of Transformation Technologies

In this special display, visitors will see a collection of digital and automation technologies, exhibits and solutions that, when used correctly, become an effective part of manufacturing. Hence, people can learn about the idea of the second transformation of the Czech economy, which results in increasing the internal efficiency of the production process, energy efficiency, and resources usage and monitoring effectiveness. Energy sustainability in particular will be one of the main topics of this year's engineering fair.

Digital Stage

This space expands on the Display of Transformation Technologies; exhibitors present their solutions live in here – ideally as case studies. Activities on the Digital Stage will be moderated by a host and streamed online. The outcomes will be compiled into an archive that will be accessible also after the event.
