Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Equipment for blast-furnace charge production - stacker - is intended for blast-furnace charge preparation from different raw material (mainly iron ores, concentrates, dolomites and limestone). Stacker meets environmental requirements to dust emissions minimization during blast-furnace charge preparation by stocking the homogenization piles. Equability of stocked layers is assured by means of telescopic chute, by regulated amount of material supplied by the feed belt conveyors as well as by controlled motion of the tripper car traveller. The machine is equipped by dust-removing appliance for exhaustion and filtration of dust emissions arising in the area of conveyors chutes and on the telescopic chutes.
