Brief characteristics of the exhibit
New technology of production of cold-formed threads Emuge Punch Tap, the fastest way to produce threads. Time savings up to 75% in thread cycle in series production due to shortened toolpaths. Production range from M5 to M8, thread depths up to max. 3xD are possible in cast and wrought aluminium alloys. PT Synchro holders specially developed for clamping. Numerous manufacturers of machine tools and controls already support the Punch Tap process with their applications and programs.
