Online diagnostic system for condition monitoring of forming machines’ mechanical components and predictive analysis. System is presented on a model of crank mechanical press, built from 3D printed components. Model is equiped with 4dot diagnostic system monitoring physical parameters of each critical component. Measured data is sent to 4dot cloud where processed and then visualized in user friendly app.
