Brief characteristics of the exhibit
We would like to introduce new way of detection of melt leakage which occurs during technology of plastic injection.
Leakage is frequent problem and always it is for time and money significant incident whose consequences could be interruption of deliveries and in extreme cases also stopping of production by customer (car maker) what of course has influence also of his satisfaction.
This technology is based on scanning and evaluation of capacitor parameters which change by presence of melt near the sensor.
Correct placing of our sensor can detect melt leakage very soon, reaction comes also soon and leakage will be repaired.
By us patented system saves money, time and indirectly increase customer satisfaction.
