Brief characteristics of the exhibit
LOTYLDA IoT is a tool for indication and prediction of undesired states of machines and tools in production. There is a predictive model based on historical sensor data like vibrations, sounds, forces, pressures, currents, etc. and PLC data like operations, machine states, tool states etc. with combination of expert knowledge of adjusters and repairmen. Live data is inputted into this model during production, based on which the future state of a machine and/or tool is being predicted in real time. The system is able to detect tool wear and damage as well as predict machine failures. LOTYLDA IoT tool is being developed in cooperation with Intemac.
