Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Vertical turning center EMAG VL3DUO wit TrackMotion automation system designed for a serial production of chuck type parts. The machine is characterized by its high rigidity thanks to a machine bed made of polymer concrete Mineralit, powerfull spindles wit up to 29 kW and turrets with 12 tool stations with fixed or driven tools and Y-axes. The machine organizes automatic loading of the raw parts from a stacker, turns around the semi finished parts and unloads the finished parts into a stacking conveyor on its own.
