Brief characteristics of the exhibit

The StudentCar E-Buggy, is the electrical buggy 4x4, which was created on FMT, VŠB-TUO with co-funding of the companny ŠKODA AUTO a.s.. Tha aim of project is development of educational kit for technicel secondary schools or universities. E-Buggy is electric two seats 4WD sport and utility vehicle. Each wheel has independent 15kW electric motor and its controller. Thanks to this concept has buggy electronic differentials and also electronic locks. The ground clearance was increased due the reduction gearbox in the wheels. The battery pack has capacity of 25kWh. StudentCar E-Buggy has perfect  terrain throughput, quiet operations with zero emissions and therefere is suiteable for protected areas of national parks. The cooperation with ŠKODA AUTO a.s. was done by these agreements:

• Agreement about cooperation HS6321908, client: ŠKODA AUTO a.s., scope of business: Cooperation in area of research and development connected with preparation of chassis for E-Buggy, with integration of students.
• Agreement about cooperation HS6321803, client: ŠKODA AUTO a.s., scope of business: Development on the propulsion unit of E-Buggy.
