The Czech optics market continues to grow

The industry trends were the subject of a lecture by the vice president of the Association of Czech Opticians and Optometrists Ivan Vymyslický at the OPTA trade fair. In 2015, Czech opticians’ revenues grew five percent on average and demographic trends along with growing demands on the quality of vision promise continued growth.

The OPTA trade fair has begun

With the participation of the presidents of the partner associations, the 22nd International Fair of Eye Optics, Optometry and Ophthalmology OPTA 2016 was inaugurated today. The opening included the presentation of the TOP OPTA awards to the best exhibits. The chairman of the evaluation commission Martin Falhar said that this year's evaluators had a really difficult task, because the competition brought together top quality products.

Preparations for the OPTA are in full swing, but according to photos of the preparations can be deducted that in Pavilion B will look very presentable.

Website registration launched

In addition to OPTA club cards and corporate electronic invitations that are available to exhibitors, it is also possible to register via the website and buy a ticket for 130 CZK.

In addition to OPTA club cards, website registration and buying a ticket on the spot, there is another way to get to OPTA. Each exhibitor will receive a unique generated code that can be sent to suppliers, customers or potential customers.

The highlighted topic of the fair is "We Control the World Through Our Eyes". Our vision is a mediator of all our decisions – when driving a car, working on the computer or while playing sports. To make the right decision means to see clearly under any circumstances. Many of us take good vision for granted, so we do not really realize that we do CONTROL THE WORLD THROUGH OUR EYES. Any effort to provide sharper and more comfortable vision is an endeavour to make our world safer and more beautiful.

OPTA 2016 is coming!

The 22nd International Fair of Eye Optics, Optometry and Ophthalmology will be held from 18 to 20 March 2016. Let us inform you less than two months before its start about the preparations of the fair. Nearly sixty exhibitors have already registered and more are still negotiating about their form of participation.
