OPTA 2014 CELEBRATED TWENTIETH BIRTHDAY BY HIGH VISITOR RATE

Exhibition stands of the only trade fair of Eye Optics, Optometry and Ophthalmology on the Czech and Slovak market attracted 4 435 professional visitors. Last year, the trade fair was visited by 3246 people in its entire duration, therefore the total annual attendance grew by about a third. "Attendance was excellent and beyond expectation. Counting also common visitors to trade fairs STYL and KABO who saw OPTA, we reach five thousand visitors, "said fair manager Vera Menšíková. The twentieth jubilee OPTA presented offers of more than a hundred exhibitors and nearly 200 brands.

FOUR TOP OPTA 2014 AWARDS FOR TOP EXHIBITS

For the ninth time exhibits at the OPTA trade fair competed for the award of the best among them and this time a professional committee was selecting from fourteen entries and eight nominated products. Four awards for the winners were presented at the opening of the exhibition to representatives of exhibiting companies Safilo, Rodenstock Czech Republic, Sagitta and Omega Optix.

20TH ANNIVERSARY OPTA BEGAN

The Brno meeting of the optics, optometry and ophthalmology sector completed its 20 years of existence by the anniversary of this event and representatives of the professional associations of Czech and Slovak Republic arrived congratulate. A special guest of the trade fair opening, economist Vladimír Pikora delivered a lecture on the development of the Czech economy in 2014.

OPTA celebrates its twentieth anniversary!

International Fair of Optics, Optometry and Ophthalmology 2014 is around the corner. From Friday, 14 February until Sunday 16 February, Hall B of the Brno Exhibition Centre will offer an opportunity to learn about and see the novelties in the field of optics, optometry and ophthalmology.
