Escort vehicles
Escort vehicles are approved by the Ministry of Justice to have special technical adjustments in order to prevent prisoners from spontaneously leaving the vehicle. The room inside a car is, with the exceptions of ambulance vehicles, divided into two parts – for prison security guards and for inmates.

According to specific needs, we use: ambulance escort vehicles; small and medium escort vehicles (particularly for escorting prisoners to judicial bodies); escort buses (for escorting prisoners between prisons and to court hearings); and armoured escort vehicles (when a higher security level needs to be ensured).

Usually, there are construction components (e.g. bars) which ensure the prison guards and prisoners are separated. In addition, the escort buses have a special booth where dangerous or aggressive prisoners can be placed if necessary.
