DUKANE company presents an extraordinary technology for slicing
food, bread or cheese at their stand, using
ultrasound! Ultrasonic food cutting starts where conventional cutting
methods do not deliver what you require. Vibrations generated by Dukane
ultrasonic cutting system reduce or eliminate adhesion of the product to the
tool. This means less downtime for cleaning knives and a more aesthetic cut of
the product with little or no damage or blurring of the product, a wider
temperature range of sliced product. A fundamentally
reduced cutting force prevents warping or crushing the product and quick, clean
cuts with minimal extrusion of the product reduce waste materials.
