The Brno Exhibition Centre traditionally announces a competition for the best exhibits, the Golden Salima on the occasion of the International Food Fairs and the Packaging and Printing Fair.

MICROBREWERY FESTIVAL

The Salima fair will feature one novelty, a MICROBREWERY FESTIVAL, which will be held under the auspices of the Czech-Moravian Union of Microbreweries and in cooperation with TERMOTECHNIKA BOHEMIA, s.r.o., SQHM GASTRO and the publisher of the magazine Pivo, Bier & Ale.

Whom will the trade visitors visit for sure?

With the approaching date of the application deadline, which is 30 September 2015, well-known and economically minded firms and companies have applied to participate in the SALIMA Food Fairs. The base price of exhibition space will increase by 20% after the expiry of the application due date. Having made use of this bargain offered by the organizer, the Salima fair will feature, among others, the following companies from the following industries.

Dear exhibitors, you are probably aware that in February 2016 Salima will celebrate its 30th anniversary, that it is a fair with a long tradition and you probably also know that the complete food industry show is complemented by the packaging and printing fair EMBAXPRINT.

Adjusting the date of the food fairs

Dear exhibitors, due to organizational and technical reasons, the Brno Exhibition Centre decided to adjust the date of the SALIMA - MBK - INTECO international food fairs.

30th anniversary Salima 2016 believes in a record year!

There are many small local food and beverage exhibitions in the Czech Republic, but there is only one International Food Fair with a long tradition. The jubilee 30th edition of the Salima show will be held at the exhibition centre in Brno on 17 to 20 February 2016.

SALIMA in 2014 attracted professionals and the general public

The Brno Exhibition Centre welcomed six specialized fairs in a single date, dedicated to the food, packaging and printing industries. International fairs SALIMA, MBK, INTECO, VINEX, EMBAX and PRINTexpo were attended by 786 exhibiting companies from 35 countries, which is 15 percent more than two years ago. Visitors’ interest also surpassed the reality of 2012 - according to the preliminary results, the trade fairs were attended by 28 000 visitors this year.
