Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Fertiliser spreader Amazone ZA-TS is machine of modern generation with high precise distribution of mineral fertilisers and the highest performace in the area of mounted spreaders. The hydraulic drive and on-line weighing system provide precise distribution in rugged terrain and on headlines. Software can read spreaders maps and can be completed with other functions as WindControl and HeadlandControl. ZA-TS can be controlled directly from tractor cabin via the ISOBUS.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
The stripe of boundary spreading is reduced for minimum thanks to the special vane. The maximum working width is 54 m, urea fertiliser is distributed up to 36 m. High measuring accuracy with two 200 Hz weigh cells, high application rates (up to 10.8 kg/sec or 650 kg/min). The spreader unit has been designed with the aid of three dimensional spread patterns to perform the perfect lateral distribution. The result is excellent precision in whole working width.
