Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Remote Display Access (RDA) enables for the first time in the industry to remotely support machine operators in the field by having a live connection with the machine display (GreenStar 2630). Within a couple of minutes, a dealer specialist for instance is virtually sitting next to the driver, with a live screenshot of this display on his own computer screen, tablet or cell phone. One of the key points of Remote Display Access is to facilitate the acceptance and the use of new technologies developed in the scope of this strategy, through a direct “live” support.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
With Remote Display Access, real time in cab support becomes a reality, with as a result a chance to see all the functionalities being used, and possible problems solved on the go. This is, to our knowledge, a unique feature on the market.
