Brief characteristics of the exhibit
The drying capacity of a NECO DL1690CE dryer would be approx. 27 MT/Hr removing 4% of moisture in all heat operation based on wheat. Dryer comes Standard with Commander computer control with inlet and outlet sensors. The mixed flow system preserves the highest grain quality with even heating and cooling.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
With the Mixed flow system there are no screens that need to be cleaned. NECO uses inlet and outlet moisture sensors to do the best job of controlling the dryer. NECO uses a special design forward curved fan blade to ensure quiet and efficient air delivery. NECO provides a built in vaporizer for Liquid Propane applications. NECO has as an option to add cooling floors and also the ability to adjust the amount cooling done.
