VALMONT variety of potatoes is the early and mid-early, with yellow skin and pale yellow flesh. It is suitable for direct consumption. Its advantage is the combination of high returns with tubers resistance against aggression of common scab. Variety has a cooking type BC.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
The list of recommended ware potato varieties registered in the Czech Republic is very little variety, characterized by cooking type BC, which is among drinkers potatoes very much in demand. It is suitable for making potato dumplings and mashed potato dough. Additionally, the yellow color of the skin and pulp for Czech consumers a certain sign of quality and suitability for direct consumption.
