Brief characteristics of the exhibit
CASE IH MAXXUM ActiveDrive 8 is new generation of succesful tractor range MAXXUM from CASE IH which are a good choice for private farmers and for lighter work at large agricultural farms. At first sight, the tractor features a new design with dynamic curves and powerful LED work lights to illuminate the work area of the machine in 360 degree angle. CASE IH MAXXUM tractors can now be specified with all new revolutionary transmission ActiveDrive 8 with double clutch DKT. ActiveDrive 8 offers 24 x 24 semi-powershift transmission which provides eight powershift steps in each of three ranges fully shifted under load. ActiveDrive 8 is an excellent intermediate step between the mechanical Powershift transmission and continuous variable transmission CVX. ActiveDrive 8 transmission features a number of advanced features such as Smart range shift, Smooth shift, Brake to clutch or Kick down functions.
