Post-harvest technologies at TECHAGRO
TECHAGRO 2018 is more focused on plant production than in previous years. That is why post-harvest technologies sector will be significantly represented, as well as sprinklers and other plants for plant protection and nutrition. Visitors will find the post-harvest technologies in Hall A1.
The company NAVZAS s.r.o. specialises in the storage and post-harvest processing of crops with emphasis on small seeds and technological lines for seed production. At the fair, it will also exhibit its SEA CHROMEX – a functional new type of optical sorter. Visitors will be able to see examples of optical sorting not only of agricultural commodities, but also of recycled plastics. In addition, the DELTA 116 universal sieve cleaner, a seed macerator and a BM silo model will be displayed.
Farmix a.s., in addition to its NECO 1690 grain dryer and MFS silo grain dryer, will bring in its HUTCHINSON TRAC MASS-TER mobile grain conveyor. This unique conveyor has a self-supporting hydraulic chassis and can be mounted both on the front and the rear of a tractor. It is used for loading and unloading grain, in a horizontal or sloping position; it can be conveniently controlled from the tractor cab. It achieves performance of up to 270 tons per hour and is well-suited for large farms and commercial operations.
The company Pawlica s.r.o. is preparing several innovations for Brno. The first is Siemens radar reader of the level of merchandise in silos, which is also registered for the prestigious GrandPrix competition. Furthermore, it is the Skandia picking chain conveyor for a complete silo cleaning, and the Stela BiTurbo dryer – holder of the lowest gas consumption in corn drying. Another novelty are the Brock high capacity silos, which rank among the world's tallest and most powerful. Dryers, cleaners, grain conveyors or grain silos will also be presented by the company Siagra. For example, LAW grain and crop dryers, MAROT or SCHNEIDER – JAQUET crop cleaners, SYMAGA grain silos, SKANDIA conveyors and others will be offered to visitors.
At the TECHAGRO trade fair, new sprayers will also appear. The company UNIMARCO a.s., which will have a display in new colours and with a new logo in Brno, will bring in the new HARDI HELLIOS self-propelled sprayer, which is one of the smallest self-propelled sprayers in the market with beams in the front. Last year, the company invested in the construction of a new facility, significantly increasing its capacity both for administration and customer service.
Sprayers and other equipment will also be brought in by the companies AGROTEC, TECNOMA and AGRIO MZS.
