The TECHAGRO trade fair will present global brands of agricultural technology, which will occupy most of the exhibition grounds in Brno. Visitors will see the latest model series and innovations. From this year going forward, TECHAGRO will be consistently focused on crop production, with several specialized halls dedicated to post-harvest technology (A1), seeds, fertilizers and institutions (C), sprayers and precision agriculture (B) or spare parts and aggregates (B, E). TECHAGRO also features a beekeeping exhibition with sales on the first gallery of Hall C.

The SILVA REGINA fair will be located in Hall Z and its surroundings. Inside Hall Z, visitors will find mainly expositions related to gamekeeping, on open areas will be presented forestry equipment. Exhibitors are registered from all areas of forestry activities – from logging through transport (including, for example, cable cars) to processing or hand tools. Forestry equipment has grown compared to the last edition, both in terms of the size of the area and the number of exhibitors. The SILVA REGINA forestry expositions are thematically followed by exhibitors at BIOMASS, who will mainly present the energy use of wood. The hunting part of SILVA REGINA will be mainly sales of supplies for outdoor activities, guns, optics and clothing.

Supporting programme

The supporting programme of all three fairs will focus mainly on trading in the time of climate change management. On Wednesday and Thursday there will be conferences “Soil for today and the next generation” and “Agriculture 4.0”, and additional programmes will be held at the stands of cooperating institutions. The forestry programme will focus primarily on forest recovery after bark beetle calamity, biomass experts will focus primarily on heating wood as a renewable material. The expo features also the GRAND PRIX exhibit competition and awards for machines and technologies that support water retention in the soil. There will also be a special programme for secondary vocational school students.

The organizers have prepared advantageous conditions for visits of organized groups – tours, which even enjoy free admission on Friday. For individual visitors it is best to buy a ticket at the expo website.
