WOODTEC
---

International Fair for Wood Processing and Furniture Industry

TEKMA will introduce a number of innovations including jointless edge banding technology

At the WOOD-TEC trade fair in Brno, the company TEKMA, spol. s r.o. will introduce products by the leading Italian companies - BIESSE GROUP engaged in the field of furniture making machines using large-size materials,  COSTA LEVIGATRICE, sanding machines and products by CEFLA FINISHING, the largest European manufacturer of surface treatment technologies.

„This year will offer a relatively high number of new products, we will present a new furniture piece jointless edge banding technology integrated into standard edge banding machines for the first time in the Czech market. This technology, introduced for the first time at this year‘s Xylexpo fair in Hannover, moves the aesthetic quality of banded edges to a new quality level at a reasonable investment,“ said Leonardo Malloni, executive. The exhibition stand will also offer a new generation of CNC machining centres ROVER for 5-axis machining, equipped with the new control software bSOLID. This software has been developed directly by the manufacturer for easy programming and machine control including full 5-axis interpolated machining. As regards surface treatment, we will introduce a new continuous spraying automatic machine PRIMA designed for smaller paint shops.

TEKMA spol. s r.o. has operated in the Czech and Slovak markets since 2003 as an authorised sales and servicing company focusing on the products of leading  Italian manufacturers, in particular BIESSE GROUP, CEFLA FINISHING and COSTA LEVIGATRICE, the global leaders in this industry.

„WOOD-TEC taking place in Brno every other year gives us an opportunity to present the companies we represent to the professional public. Nevertheless, the truth is that the previous few years of crisis have been reflected in the willingness to invest in exhibitions that have had a dropping  tendency and business benefits for several years The recent few years have really been reflected in the market situation especially in terms of the interest of the potential clients in investing in the products with respect to the price map. We have been forced to set very aggressive final prices that could hardly be achieved without the manufacturers‘ support. Of course, this survival policy is also translated in the aforesaid willingness to invest in exhibitions. Nevertheless, we must be optimists and believe that the situation will turn for the better,“ added the executive.
