WOOD-TEC ARENA – centre of events at the WOOD-TEC fair
Exhibitors who still hesitate to take part have the last chance to register and present themselves at Hall F, either in the form of their own presentation, i.e. an exhibition stand, or as part of WOOD-TEC ARENA. WOOD-TEC ARENA will be the centre of specialised programme. This is a new presentation space with a stage, equipped with video projection and audio-visual equipment. It offers an auditorium for 80 - 150 listeners. There will also be a meeting point and cafe provided with wi-fi connection. WOOD-TEC ARENA also includes a press centre making all information presented here immediately available to expert journalists.
WOOD-TEC ARENA will also be the venue where the results of the TOP EXHIBIT trade fair competition will be announced in the categories Product, Technology and Service. WOOD-TEC ARENA in Hall F will be the centre of events and offers the exhibitors to improve and streamline for free their participation at the fair, approach visitors in a different way and invite them to their stands. They can establish and get new contacts, strengthen business relationships and potentially enter into new contracts. The exhibitors have a free option to present new technologies and materials in the form of lectures, presentations or practical demonstrations or in the form of workshops. There will also be seminars and lectures on current topics (funding, grant programmes, changes in the law, specialist consulting). This will all be available for free to all trade fair exhibitors, all you need to do is to fill in and send the registration form which is available at www.wood-tec.cz.
For those companies who do no take part in this year’s edition with their stands, WOOD-TEC ARENA offers the possibility to be at the fair and be seem and heard. They can approach new customers, look around the fair and decide the possibility of presentation in the future.
