The National Show of Livestock also features an extensive exhibition of horses and a beekeeping exhibition with sales of products. The ANIMAL TECH fair, the National Show of Livestock and the National Gamekeeping Show are located in Halls P, F and G1; commercial displays of nearly two hundred exhibitors at ANIMAL TECH occupy 9,000 square meters, and nine hundred farm animals are presented on an area of nearly 18,000 square meters.

Technology for animal husbandry

In Hall P and its surroundings, visitors will find displays with technologies for animal husbandry – feed production companies, technology for breeding, milking equipment, agricultural equipment including utility trailers. A large proportion of exhibitors present new products and interesting exhibits for greater yield, productivity and better environment for farm animals.

National Show of Livestock

At the National Show of Livestock, visitors will see over 900 cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and horses. The most important part of the sideline programme of the exhibition consists traditionally of championships and competition shows, such as the National Holstein Cattle Championship, the National Meat Breed Championship, the National Jersey Cattle Championship or the Normandy Cattle Competition. On Sunday, a meeting of the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic will take place at the Exhibition Centre; Mendel University will use this year's ANIMAL TECH to commemorate the 100th anniversary of its Faculty of Agronomy.
