The MSV International Engineering Fair is the most important industrial fair in Central Europe, with more than 1,600 exhibitors and 80,000 visitors participating every year. Over 50% of exhibitors and 10% of visitors come from abroad.

Attendees are professionals, with over 70% having influence over investment decisions and one-third being top managers.

All key areas of engineering and electrical engineering are represented. 

The main theme of the MSV is Industry 4.0 and the Digital Factory, in other words, the digitization of production, which is one of the main directions of the innovation process. In 2019, the Transport and Logistics fair, as well as the ENVITECH fair will be held in parallel to the MSV.

The emphasised theme of ENVITECH is the circular economy - the handling of material resources. It is a trend that is one of the priority areas of sustainable development, which is resulting in the adaptation of industry and trade.

The MSV has traditionally received high media attention, with around three hundred accredited journalists assigned to covering it. Part of the fair is an outstanding accompanying programme of professional conferences, seminars and workshops on current technical, business and economic topics.
