Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Damped boring bar clamped in rigid and extremely powerful multitasking machine tool enables a stable process with overhangs up to 18D. This significantly exceeds the capabilities of steel bars with overhangs up to 10D and carbide bars with overhang up to 14D. The system is connected by a wireless monitoring for adaptive control of cutting conditions with the output to the machine control system as well as mobile devices via bluetooth.
