Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Ballscrew with a new type of the recirculation parts where these are not inserted into nut, but made right in a nut by injection molding from plastics. By this is achieved significantly better joining of the recirculation part to the thread of the nut. Ballscrew with recirculation parts made in this way has a considerably better properties such as smooth run, lower noise level, higher maximum speed. For this ballscrew was except the new recirculation parts developed a unique technology for their manufacturing in the body of the nut. Advantage for the producer are lower production costs due to reduction of the time of assembly.
