Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Equipped with an automatic tool diameter adjusting feature, the SUPEROLL MAC burnishing tool automatically tracks the pre-hole diameter, enabling stable finishing surface and results. Diameter tolerance is up to 0,2mm. With normal burnishing tool, the compressing value is influenced by the machined diameter. By using Superoll MAC, we can obtain stable burnishing results within 0,2 mm tolerance and extend the tool life time. Superoll MAC can make plateau surface with better seizure resistance.
