Brief characteristics of the exhibit
The washing equipment consists of a degreasing spray and a condensing unit.
After the degreasing cycle of the machine has been completed, a condensation unit activates in which the vapors and the aerosol of the washing liquid that is present in the washing space of the machine is removed. The circulation fan pushes the vapours through a heat exchanger which is cooled by a coolant. The required heat exchanger coolant temperature, is provided by the compressor cooling unit. As a result of the condensation process, the area is free of the emissions which could endanger the operator and it contributes towards a healthier environment.
