Brief characteristics of the exhibit
The system is mainly used for the ball screws fast and accurate alignment in the machine tools. This is achieved by a specifically designed bearing housing – the bearing is placed eccentrically in the housing, which allows easy alignment of the ball screw within minutes – it results in labour costs reduction. In addition, the basement for the bearing housing does not need to be precisely machined and the housing can be mounted on lower-quality surfaces – it results in machining costs reduction.
