Gamekeeping at the Brno Exhibition Centre

The basis of this year's National Gamekeeping Show are, in addition to sales stands, also educational exhibitions and programmes and emphasizing the main mission of gamekeeping, which is the care of wildlife, landscape and last but not least the maintenance of gamekeeping traditions.

The National Gamekeeping Show is located in Hall G1 together with a beekeeping exhibition. At the sales stands, visitors will find supplies for gamekeeping and outdoor activities, guns, ammunition, optics and apparel. In the field of hunting optics there will be a broad range of products offered at the stands of the companies Meopta, Rapier, JLV, Svět dalekohledů („World of Binoculars“) and New Effect. Guns are brought to this year's event by the company Nimrod, and a range of knives will be presented by the KDS Sedlčany cooperative. You will be able to buy original Czech hunters‘ shirts at the display of the company Luko, clothes for little anglers and hunters will be presented by the company Vlček. VÍTEX CZ, a Czech manufacturer with more than a 25 years‘ tradition of knitting production, will offer in Brno its top hunting clothes, especially vests, sweatshirts and caps. Complementary products include cotton T-shirts and polo shirts including children's sweatshirts and T-shirts with various hunting themes. Additional exhibitors of hunting apparel include Margita or Markos. Mercedes-Benz off-road vehicles will also be on display.

Throughout the whole event,  there will be a programme running on stage, both expert and entertaining, a hunters‘ restaurant will be in operation, and visitors will be able to try archery on 3D targets on Sunday and Monday. Sideline exhibitions will include breeders‘ shows of trophies of district hunting clubs from Brno and its surroundings, an exhibition of deer antlers, the story of the Kralice game reserve, or trophies from the Židlochovice forest enterprise. The 100th anniversary will be commemorated at the National Hunting Exhibition by the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology of Mendel University in Brno.
