There is interest in smart solutions even during the coronavirus crisis
The third year of the URBIS SMART CITY FAIR conference focused on practical solutions for cities. He also advised on how innovations can be used in the post-pokoravir period. The focus, especially on the professional part, proved to be effective, as 600 visitors passed through the E pavilion on 2 and 3 September. Another 300 joined online.
Lighthouse - Cities as beacons of progress
The coordinators of the Smart City Lighthouse projects will meet in Brno. This year's URBIS SMART CITY FAIR conference at the Brno Exhibition Center will host an important meeting of Smart City Lighthouse projects. The program, which points to those cities that are leaders in smart innovation, has been in operation for six years. During that time, over 110 European cities took part in seventeen major projects.

From 2 to 4 September, the URBIS SMART CITY FAIR trade fair, which takes place at the Brno Exhibition Center, will focus on these.

The URBIS Smart City Fair 2020 in September will show how to respond to current and future local government challenges
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Smart City Fair is moving from its June date to 2nd and 3th September 2020. On those days, all participants and representatives of European initiatives and grant providers who set conditions for SC and the direction of smart cities at European level will be able to meet up at the Brno Exhibition Centre.
URBIS Smart City Fair 2020 has been postponed to early September
Due to the current Europe-wide ban on mass events, including the organisation of trade fairs and conferences, the management of BVV Trade Fairs Brno decided in this emergency situation to postpone the URBIS Smart City Fair to a later date – 2 and 3 September 2020.
